Cargo Screening Pioneers! MTA has been a pioneer in secure cargo screening since the earliest days of federalized compliance. In February 2009, we became the first TSA-Certified Cargo Screening Facility (CCSF) in Ohio and one of the very first in the nation, establishing our long-standing leadership in air freight security.
