We are hiring! Midwest Transatlantic Lines, Inc. (MTA) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pricing Team Member to join our Sales department in Berea, OH.

As part of our Pricing Team, you will be at the very center of global logistics, ensuring seamless sales operations by managing international rate requests, coordinating with global agents, and utilizing industry-leading software like CargoWise.

What You’ll Do:

• Review global quote request emails and source competitive tracking and freight rates.
• Input shipment data and manage quotes within CargoWise.
• Coordinate directly with overseas agents and partner networks.
• Support our import and cross-trade forwarding operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent multitasking, organization, and independent problem-solving skills.
• Strong basic computer (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and math/geography skills.
• Ability to read commercial invoices, waybills, and shipping documents.
• Experience with CargoWise, inside sales, or freight pricing is a major plus.
